Review by Hotwired for Vitrex 103450 Versatile Power Pro 900 Wet Tile Saw Rating: Well built and works very well, certainly on standard and porcelain floor and wall tiles, really clean fast cuts. Two things to be aware of, 1. It's heavy 42Kg and It's big, 2. Though cut length is good, better than most competitors, it's not quite enough to cut 500mm tiles on the diagonal, pity because otherwise its a great tool and one big project pays for it. Very good value.

Review by Jayctt for Vitrex 103450 Versatile Power Pro 900 Wet Tile Saw Rating: Excellent product, highly recommend. Makes perfect cuts even mitred and angled upto 45 degrees. Water pump system is superb, you don't get wet from any spray at all. Only downside is it's a bit of a heavy beast!

In my opinion, the base was not stury enough

Review by SteveW for Silverline 930166 TCT Circle Tile Cutter Rating: This was a real "shot in the dark" as I had no knowledge whatsoever of the performance capabilities of this type and size of hole cutter. However the nature of the job was such that it was going to be my only option. The cutter seems fairly cheaply made and "in use" the oversized guard feels a little unweildy. However with a bit of trial and error with the drill speed it did cut reasonably well. The only drawback is the ear shattering noise produced as the cutting tip scratches it's way through the ceramic. If you hate the noise made by fingernails scratching a blackboard then don't even think about using this!!
All in all a cheap but effective tool that will have limited life but is probably worth the money since, as in my case, it may be the only way to get the particular result you need.

Heath for Einhell BT-TC600 Tile Cutter 600 Watt Rating: After a few minutes fitting the cutting disk and guards I turned the machine on and nothing happened, other than a buzzing from the motor! Why was it not checked in the factory? Poor instruction manual and on / off switch not easy to operate. I eventually paid £70 for a Clarke tile cutter from Machinemart and am completely happy with it. Better quality and worth the extra money.

Review by Ronb for VITREX 103402 Diamond Blade Tile Cutting Saw Rating: This tile cutter does cut a wide variety of tiles but you'll need a set of ear protectors as it's very noisy. The water drain channels also clog very quickly and it's difficult to clean them.
